Harris Moriarty is an experienced educator with a passion for forming and discipling youth. Mr. Moriarty comes to Chesterton Academy of St. Michael the Defender with a wealth of experience in adolescent formation, having previously worked for schools, camps, and youth ministries across the country. He has master’s degrees in Business, Liberal Arts, and Psychology and has teaching experience that is both deep and wide in the Chesterton tradition.

Mr. Moriarty and his wife, Clair, have four children, one in heaven, and one on the way (July!). The Moriarty family is very excited to grow in fellowship with the Catholic community in the Shenandoah Valley.

Raised in Northern Virginia, Mr. Moriarty is excited to return to his home state and launch the first Catholic high school in the area!
